Description

1. The rules of the house:

1. No smoking inside the apartment (there is an area for smoking in the compound).

2. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment but can stay in the compound

3. Not more than 7 visitors at a time during the day

4. A maximum of 5 people can sleep in the apartment at night

5. There are gloceries in the kitchen, if you use, you will pay

6. Bed spread and towels are changed once in two days

7. Treat house properties with care as damaging a property will attract a fee and instant checkout without refund

8. Check out time is 12 noon

9. All sort of weapons are not allowed in the apartment, if found a standby local police will be informed immediately

10. A caution fee of N50,000 must be paid upon check-in. This fee is refundable upon check-out provided there are no damages or missing item (s) in the apartment

11. Guest must keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00am

12. Guest are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment, its content or the building. Damages will be deducted from the caution fee and guest will be required to pay for any additional damages

13. Guests are allowed to cook in the apartment’s kitchen. However, please ensure that all appliances are turned off after use.

14. Guests must dispose off cabages in the designated area please seperate recycles from regular garbage

15. Guests are provided with lundry facilities in the apartment please follow the instruction provided

16. The apartment is not responsible for any stolen or missing item. Please ensure that you secure your belonging at all times

17. Guests must use the key provided to access the apartment at all times, please do not lend your key to anyone

18. Please we do not allow parties in our apartment but contact us if you must do a party as there are different rules guiding parties and number of guest are restricted
